NorthPark Center invites you to support Family Gateway at a Back-to-School Drive on Saturday, August 11 from 1-4PM in NorthCourt.

Prepare to go back-to-school and give back to the community by enjoying Tax-Free Weekend shopping to purchase uniform items and school supplies at NorthPark Center stores. Drop donation items off in NorthCourt, located on Level One between Nordstrom and Macy’s. Enjoy music by DJ Blake Ward, enter a raffle to win NorthPark Gold and learn more about the Family Gateway mission at the drop-off location.

Can’t make it on the August 11? You can still donate. Gift cards and monetary donations will be accepted at the concierge desk near Neiman Marcus, and other donations will be collected at the mall offices through the month of August.

Founded in 1986 by Mayor Annette G. Strauss, Family Gateway seeks to provide stability and life-changing supportive services to children and families affected by homelessness in Dallas County. In 2017, 387 families benefitted from the services of Family Gateway, including 818 children. Family Gateway’s efforts help to reduce the traumatic effects of homelessness among children to raise them into resilient and competent adults.
